To update your personal information, log in to your betwayz account and go to Profile → Personal Information section. Here you can edit your name, email, and date of birth. Please note that Your name cannot be changed after KYC verification is complete—as it is linked to your identity document.

Changing your mobile number is a different process. Since your number is used as your login identifier, it cannot be updated directly. In this case:

1. Contact betwayz Support via live chat
2. Provide your NID or passport details for identity verification
3. Complete OTP verification on your new number
4. Your number is usually updated within 24 hours.

When you change your number, a security message will be sent to your old number.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. Without completing KYC on betwayz, you won't be able to make large withdrawals or access all account features. Follow the steps below to complete your KYC:

If the odds are 2.50 and you place a ৳100 bet, a winning bet returns ৳100 × 2.50 = ৳250 (including the original stake).

2. Fractional — e.g. 3/2:
meaning you earn ৳3 profit for every ৳2 wagered. On a ৳100 bet, your profit is ৳150 plus your original ৳100 stake = ৳250।

3. American (Moneyline) — e.g. +150 or -200:
+150 means a ৳100 bet returns ৳150 in profit. −200 means you need to bet ৳200 to win ৳100.

Wagering or rollover requirements mean you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before you can withdraw it. betwayz bonus offers typically come with 20x to 35x wagering requirements.
